6. What’s New? Donation Drive – April 18 – May 12
Budgeted to raise $5000 (ask $50 per student)
Donations will be done through School Cash Online
Donations over $20 receive a tax receipt
Communication Plan ( website, twitter, TV, banner in drop zone, backpack drop)
All spending will be voted on by PAC membership
Outdoor Learning Space
Teachers have selected locations
Some teachers have requested student input
Donation of time & materials, grant proposals and fundraising
Emergency Preparedness Bin
Current bin is too small
New 20’ bin could be equipped with weather- proofing & electrical outlets to charge cordless tools
