Well, this week has been cut short because of Hurricane Matthew! I pray that all of your sweet families are taking refuge and that you will be safe until it passes. There was a little homework sent home yesterday in the folder, and don’t forget that the Book Report is due on Tuesday. If you’re trying to keep the kiddos occupied after homework is finished, remember they can work on their book report, Book Adventure, practice cursive, practice their phonics charts, and study their spelling words! They have many options! I look forward to seeing y’all again on Monday—once again, stay safe! Love in Christ, Mrs. B Additional Information -The “homework packet” is coming home today. Each Thursday you will receive a packet of information as well as homework in your child’s weekly folder. -We’ve been doing great with our Reading Buddies! Every other Thursday, we buzz on over to K5 and spend 30 minutes reading with selected partners. It’s tons of fun and the kids have been loving taking on that leadership role!! -Please make sure that you have sent your payment in for Triathlon! I will be sending reminders to those I do not have payments for.
