Achieve a culture of ZERO SHE incidents actively demonstrated, by all, within Parmalat. Compliance and continuous improvement opportunities for the SHE Management System. Targeted and measurable risk reduction strategies, to address site significant risks, to be in place for all sites. Specific focus on manual handling risk reduction via the rigorous application of the hierarchy of control. Step change in Injury Management Processes and Accountability. Development of an Environmental Sustainability Action Plan that balances stakeholder and business needs.

40% of injuries = sprain strain Fitness for work Vs aging workforce Social System – Cost of WC Grey area of Safety Vs Social Net Rowville - Pilot Talking Health, Thinking Safety Program are Time to Move, Time for Change Food & Performance Using Core Muscles Practical on shop floor – task focussed Our bodies are like machines and must be maintained to operate effectively; nutrition, strength, flexibility. A poorly maintained body will “break down”.
