- Pre-primary schools hygiene behavior;
- Handwashing exercise to pupils;
- Community maintenance of WASH facilities;
- Training of 2,300 para workers in para centres on hygiene promotion; and,
- Providing WASH facilities:
50 water points, 100 latrines, and 345 handwashing facilities.

9. Good Practices - Bulgaria
- Home visits by public nurses to educate and counsel parents and guardians with 0-3 years children on personal hygiene.

10. Good Practices - Mongolia
- 15 innovative container WASH facilities that benefitted 1,400 children;
- WASH in Kindergarten program;
- Organized hygiene promotions;
- Handwashing practice; and,
- Third-party monitoring.

- 23 provincial/city governments supporting WASH in day care centres;
- WASH programming in 1,361 day care centres and 647 Tahderriya (day care centers in Islamic communities); and,
- UNICEF’s collaboration with Local Government Units (LGUs) for advocacy, capacity building, and provision of material for assistance.

12. Good Practices - Sao Tome and Principe
- Training of teachers and pupils in 80 schools and kindergartens on use of toilets and hygiene promotion; and,
- Use of recycled rain water.

- UNICEF and Unilever partnership to launch “Help A Child Reach 5” to target 100,000 children to wash their hands with soap, especially after using toilet.
