9 So, What Have We Really Done?

10 Ticket Maintenance We have totally rewritten TM, and incorporated many suggestions from users. First, you will see that the navigation screen, on the right, allows you to see your filtered list of tickets that you’ll work with. The left side screen is your maintenance screen, which is relatively familiar, but with many If you have purchased the audit module, ticket auditing now includes a narrative auditing, which can be viewed directly from TM. The find feature is now feature rich, and allows searching by ticket, invoice or order. It now searches ALL of the ticket tables, including current, history & archive. Results are returned to the navigation screen. There are too many great ideas to incorporate into this presentation, but that link a couple of slides back includes new videos to describe this program.

11 MOBILEticket We also enabled Integra to send tickets to MOBILEticket, and this has been rolled out to some producers now.

12 MOBILEjobsite And MOBILEjobsite
This app allows your customers to see their order status, as well as to request new orders. This integration incorporates some additional functionality in Integra for managing requested orders

13 QC Minutes Users can define how many loads and how many minutes are needed to complete Quality Control tasks. There is a new button on the RM Scheduling screen labeled QC Minutes. There is a new column in the Integra Schedule Detail labeled QC, which shows where the minutes are added to loads.

14 IPS/Onbase reprint We enhanced IPS to work with the new IPS Reprint screen in Dispatch and allow for tickets to be reprinted and OnBase images to be created independently of each other.
