DTC providing services – scheduled meeting with the jail to discuss “blanket” dosing of all pregnant women
Women can’t pay for dosing when they get out
OB/GYN’s do not want to take into care when they are on management and can’t maintain due to affordability.
OB/GYN’s are reluctant to take into care when women are well into their second trimester upon release.
Records need to follow women out of jail
