Progress to date Section 23 notice issued by Ofgem
To include Moffat in the Licence as an Entry point (responses closed out on the 21st of December 2010) Facilitates the release of Interruptible Entry Capacity at Moffat for an Interruptible Commercial Reverse Flow service Mod proposal (0352) raised To ensure transparency and engage the industry Amends the existing Moffat CSEP Ancillary Agreement to a combined Exit and Entry Ancillary agreement allowing signatories to utilise the Entry and/or Exit services at Moffat Seeks consent from Users to certain amendments of Network Exit Provisions within the Connected System Agreement (CSA - the bilateral connection agreement in place between National Grid NTS and Gas Link) Final legal text can not be submitted until the amended CSA has been signed and agreed Which may be dependant on the consultation on the reverse flow service issued by the Irish Regulator (CER) on the 22nd of December 2010 National Grid NTS will not recommend sending the MOD to consultation until the amended CSA has been signed and agreed

Release of interruptible entry capacity at Moffat
No physical reverse capability at Moffat. Interruptible NTS Entry Capacity will be made available. At day ahead stage through existing day ahead interruptible auction Released as Discretionary Interruptible NTS Entry Capacity (in accordance with TPD UNC B (b)
