High School Graduation Costs
Overview: Schools charge a fee which covers all the miscellaneous expenses of graduation. There are really 2 different fees which are typically collected- Graduation Fee- covers the cost of VBCC rental, flowers, music, diploma cover and mini diploma, cap and gown, and program. Senior Quota- schools that choose to have fund-raising activities to help their students offset costs associated with graduation set a “quota” of sales required to offset fees, this usually includes the Graduation Fee and other senior activities to include Prom, picnic, t-shirt, etc.

Butler- Pay per use. Huntsville- $85 Graduation, yearbook, homecoming, prom, athletic pass, Spectrum Magazine ($300 payment or $700 magazine sales) Columbia- $105 Graduation $15 t-shirt $50 banquet $65 yearbook Johnson- $120 Graduation, prom, senior banquet/honors day, senior picnic, yearbook, panoramic picture. $340 $50 senior ad $40 prom $25 senior night Lee- $95 Graduation Grissom- $100 Graduation $10 magnet cord $60 yearbook $55 yearbook $60 prom $15 banquet $30 drape $20 t-shirt $50/$75 prom NCTH- Pay per use. $220 Total.
