4. Table
Tables are defined with the <table> tag. A table is divided into rows (with the <tr> tag), and each row is divided into data cells (with the <td> tag).
A data cell can contain text, images, lists, paragraphs, forms, horizontal rules, tables, etc.

8. Controlling Space In and Around Cells
Cell spacing adds space between cells, making the table bigger without changing the size of individual cells.
Cell padding adds space around the contents of a cell, in effect, pushing the walls of the cell outward.
