5 Verify end of term dates and notify staff (Set Up – School – Grading – Final Grade/Reporting Term Setup)

6 Final Grade/Reporting Term Setup
Start date Critical – End Date: This date is the point in which report cards should be printed AFTER! Attendance may not be accurate if printed before. In schools that have only K to 8 levels, these boxes should be checked. Please note – In the following screen shot the fields are editable; in your school, they will not be editable. If changes are required please submit a Helpdesk request to your SIS specialist.

7 Program of Study Reports – System Reports – NB Reports – Membership and Enrolment – Student Program of Study Filter Report Preferences to find errors. Update information in student’s Program of Study page Toggle Program of Study column to find blanks.

8 Complete School Wide Comment (Set Up – School – Grading – Report Card School-wide Comments)
Fill comments that apply to the levels in your school. Comments can be unique for each level if desired. Click submit.

9 Teacher related information
K-3 French Experience – In PowerTeacher Pro FI students do not need this filled PLP indicator – Resource Teacher in PowerSchool Classroom Teacher in PowerTeacher Set at the subject level. Achievement Indicator - In PowerTeacher Pro EAL set at the subject level Attachments to the report card

11 Students that transfer just before report card time
School side of things – new school owns the student Withdrawal form in PS – is a good check list, record of enrollment Fix: hold off up to 3 weeks before transferring (See document on DataConnect about Transferring Around Report Card Period Possible double entry – enrolment in multiple sections Send data to new school Individual student report Blending data at new school

12 Printing Report Cards 1. Select student(s) first:
By individual – Type last name in the search field (Jackson Alegada) By homeroom Sections (Set Up – School – Scheduling – Sections – Homeroom) By teacher Look for homeroom – click on enrollment to select students By Stored Selection – update regularly

Once students are selected: Return to Start Page Under Reports – System Reports – NB Reports – Report cards – K to 8 Select the appropriate Term Click Submit

14 Remember… Turn off headers and footer (next four slides)
Ensure double sided printing (slide following)
