Step 1:
From the application launcher, login to NextGen EHR.

From the top toolbar, Select “Admin”
Step 3:
Select “Workflow Manager” then “Administrator”
Note: If “Administrator” selection is grayed out from being selected you will not be able to move forward. Please contact your manager as the account being used does not have the security level to access the Workflow Manager.

Step 4:
From the Workflow Manager, select the provider’s name to which you want PAQ access.
Step 5:
Click the “Modify” button at the bottom right corner.

4. How to link a PAQ to a End User Account in NextGen
Step 6:
From the Users tab, scroll to find the end user’s name, then click on the name to highlight.
Step 7:
Click “Add” to pull name over to the “Use Always” column.
Step 8:
Click “OK” at the bottom right of the template.
Note: Add as many names as you wish to the “Use Always” column by repeating steps 6 & 7 before clicking “OK” to exit.
