Covenant Theologians believe: The biblical covenants made with Israel  are now being fulfilled  spiritually in the Church.
Dispensationalists believe: The biblical covenants made with Israel are eternal and unconditional and thus are still operational and all their provisions will be fulfilled in the future.

So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous. Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion mean!
 Now I am speaking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry  in order somehow to make my fellow Jews jealous, and thus save some of them.

For if the Gentiles have come to share in their spiritual blessings, they ought also to be of service to them in material blessings.

Because gentiles are graciously made beneficiaries of certain aspects of the promises made to Abraham, they are consequently indebted to Jews.
Thus, gentile believers should be particularly mindful towards opportunities to minister to the Jewish people. 13

Rest upon His faithfulness to His promises.
Serve God with gratitude, knowing that it is only by his grace that we have received his free gift of eternal salvation.
