Andres/Joe Programs target high-potential, high-performing individuals Focus on fostering a deeper understanding of various issues facing Georgia.

Executive leaders of participants are stakeholders in leader development. These programs engage participants in skills-focused development at multiple sessions or institutes. In the case of LGA spouses are included in the program. The sessions focus on political and agricultural systems and emerging issues and trends. Participants build strong network of personal and professional contacts to assist them in action they take to support our industry. Current and future agricultural and forestry issues as well as personality and conflict management are at the center of AGL’s experiential and classroom training. Experience – Stone has witnessed that the Forestry industry isn’t the only sector with emerging issues and trends by experiencing how various agriculture issues impact Georgia residents.
