inventory students are placed in a spelling pattern sort based on the
sound/spellings they had spelled correctly on the initial spelling inventory.

their sound/spelling patterns during the week while playing various games and activities with the sort.

Individualized towards your child’s sound/spelling needs.
Students are given the spelling inventory throughout the year to assess if they need to jump ahead to move back and take time to relearn a sound/spelling.

Example: 3.OA.1 Interpret products of whole numbers, e.g., interpret 5 x 7 as the total number of objects in 5 groups of 7 objects each.

Topics and strategies are introduced in a very systematic way so that they build on previous learning
Computation alone is not math.
Students need to understand the concept, or the why behind each operation, in order to effectively problem solve
