Panda is looking for food about 14 hours a day. Also, pandas sometimes eat grass, bark, stem, leaves and vines. Sometimes they can also catch bamboo rats. Scientists suggest that in the wild there are about 1600 species.

Most of pandas are endangered species
Most of pandas are endangered species. Today there are less than one thousand adults of giant pandas in their natural habitat.

Giant pandas are in danger of becoming extinct because of destruction of their habitat. Besides poachers kill them for meat and skin and catch them for zoos and theme parks.

These species may soon disappear, if people don’t let them live and breed in the wild without any intervention.

It is also necessary to preserve the natural habitat of pandas, to prevent the forest from destruction to save rare species of pandas from extinction.

It is up to us to leave as many of these beautiful animals on earth as we can.
