Program Accomplishments
Phase 1: Academic Offerings, Plan & Term Enrollment, Degrees Conferred Go-live autumn 2015 Campus rollout summer 2016 197 Users (up from 62 users one year ago) ~1,000 terms in the DG Center for student reporting Phase 1H: Historical and Census Data Development and testing complete Anticipated rollout summer 2017 Phase 2a&b: Courses and Instruction Charter approved December 2016 Technical design and development underway Anticipated release April 2018 Phase 2c: Instructors Gathering requirements

Dashboards now in SIRIS report library Allows us to ask and answer new questions How does elapsed time-to-degree differ from enrolled time-in-degree? Which is more useful? SIRIS saves time and increases accuracy Graduation reporting for NCAA compliance

Phase 2a&b: Coming Attractions
Student view Who was in a class (demographics, academic characteristics)? What grades and how many units did they earn? What were their majors at the time of the course, what are their majors now, and what degrees did they eventually earn? Class view How often is this class taught and what are the enrollment trends over time? How many units are taken by undergraduates in each department? What are the grade curves in our department, and how much do they vary by instructor? Planning What is the unmet demand for courses in our department (waitlists)?
