Introduction Overview of spaces that can reserved

Maucker Union Meeting Rooms
Direct interested persons to the Maucker Union Reservation Request form: These are the types of reservations that should be made using this form: Meeting Rooms (including Ballroom, Coffeehouse, Hemisphere Lounge, Bay areas) Information Tables Banners 3 D Display Case Refer any questions regarding fees to the Office of Event Services

Table Tent Reservations Request
Direct the interested person to the Table Tent Reservation Request Form: Reservations run Mon/Tues, Wed/Thurs or Fri-Sun Number of table tents needed 125 Group is responsible for setting them out, they will be removed by Event Services Limit on reservations for table tents is once per month per group Only registered student organizations and departments are allowed to reserve table tent space Example objectives At the end of this lesson, you will be able to: Save files to the team Web server. Move files to different locations on the team Web server. Share files on the team Web server.

Electronic Advertising
The only electronic advertising that is reserved through the Office of Event Services is for the electronic display at the SW Entrance of Maucker (marquee sign above entrance by fountain) Other forms of electronic advertising such as the TV monitors in the Union and UNI calendar are explained within the form below, but are not reserved using the Electronic Advertising Request form Direct the interested person to the Electronic Advertising Options/Request Form: Signage can be displayed for up to two weeks Example objectives At the end of this lesson, you will be able to: Save files to the team Web server. Move files to different locations on the team Web server. Share files on the team Web server.

Outdoor Event Requests
Direct the interested person to the Outdoor Event Request Form: This form should be used for all outdoor spaces such as: Campanile Lawn areas (Bender, Lawther, etc) Plaza rooftop When this form is completed it will be ed out to all of the various entities on campus who deal with outdoor events (facilities, ground crew, public safety etc) for their information and to address any needs/concerns. Once approved an event coordinator in the Office of Event Services will be assigned to the event and will contact the requesting party Example objectives At the end of this lesson, you will be able to: Save files to the team Web server. Move files to different locations on the team Web server. Share files on the team Web server.
