Value Proposition (For Clients)
Short explanation: We help companies unlock extra cash flow in their business by leveraging the “insider knowledge” that we have across multiple cost categories. We bring expertise that is impractical for companies to have internally Large corporations have buying power, but the rest of the market doesn’t have these advantages Many companies can only justify dedicated resources to review business critical expense areas. What do they do with other expense areas? Generic purchasing practices Compare a few bids, negotiate, go with the cheapest option Set and forget Only invest time to understand an industry when the contract renews ERA’s experience in our 20 years of doing business has shown that even after going through a tendering process, many companies are still leaving a significant amount of money on the table.
