The workplace is not a place of freedom Heteronomous health policies are less efficient than autonomous health strategies Strategies vs/ Behaviours Working conditions are resulting in huge health inequalities including in the ageing processes Inconsistency of preaching healthy behaviours in unhealthy workplaces

Some data Dublin Foundation Survey on Working Conditions (2000):
27 % of workers in the UE15 consider that their health and safety are at risk because of their work (12 NMS+cd: 40%) 42 % of workers in the Europe of 15 think they would be unable or unwilling to keep doing the same job until the age of 60 (12NMS+cd: 50%)
