3. Yick Wo v. Hopkins (1886)
In Yick Wo v. Hopkins, a case involving the rights of Chinese immigrants, the Court ruled that the 14th Amendment's statement, "Nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws," applied to all persons "without regard to any differences of race, of color, or of nationality," and to "an alien, who has entered the country, and has become subject in all respects to its jurisdiction, and a part of its population, although alleged to be illegally here."

4. Wong Wing v. U.S. (1896)
Citing Yick Wo v. Hopkins, the Court, in the case of Wong Wing v. US, further applied the citizenship-blind nature of the Constitution to the 5th and 6th amendments, stating ". . . it must be concluded that all persons within the territory of the United States are entitled to the protection guaranteed by those amendments, and that even aliens shall not be held to answer for a capital or other infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law."

5. Plyler v. Doe (1982)
In Plyler v. Doe, the Supreme Court struck down a Texas law prohibiting enrollment of illegal aliens in public school. In its decision, the Court held, "The illegal aliens who are plaintiffs in these cases challenging the statute may claim the benefit of the Equal Protection Clause, which provides that no State shall 'deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.' Whatever his status under the immigration laws, an alien is a 'person' in any ordinary sense of that term… The undocumented status of these children vel non does not establish a sufficient rational basis for denying them benefits that the State affords other residents."

6. So what rights do illegal immigrants have?
the "equal protection" clause extends First Amendment protection to anyone and everyone covered by the 5th and 14th Amendments.
Through its consistent rulings that the 5th and 14th Amendments apply equally to illegal aliens, they also enjoy First Amendment rights.

7. So what rights do illegal immigrants have?
If you are sued you have the right to receive legal notice and defend yourself in court.
The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution makes it illegal for government agents to search and seize your property unless they have probable cause.
You have the right to file a lawsuit in the federal court system if you have been discriminated against. Some jurisdictions also allow illegal immigrants to file a lawsuit in state court.
If officials learn that you are in the country illegally, you have the right to defend yourself against the actions of immigration authorities. You not only have the right to a hearing, you may fight a deportation order by immigration officials.
Though you have the right to be represented by an attorney, the government will not provide an attorney on your behalf or pay your legal bill.

8. Undocumented Workers
It is illegal for an employer to hire an undocumented worker. An illegal immigrant must possess a current naturalization document, visa or green card to work legally in the United States. Employers are responsible for insuring that they don’t hire undocumented workers. Nevertheless, many employers unknowingly hire undocumented workers. If it is discovered that you are an undocumented worker after you’ve already been hired, there are certain legal rights and limitations that may apply to your situation:

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, noted the constitutional right to bear arms has always been reserved for law-abiding, responsible citizens. This would automatically exclude those who violate U.S. immigration laws. Therefore illegal immigrants are not covered by the Second Amendment since they are not law-abiding citizens, the court says.
This ruling puts illegal immigrants into the same category as felons
You may not collect unemployment insurance in many states. When workers receive unemployment insurance, they must be ready to go to work. Undocumented workers are not eligible to participate in the workforce.
