Monthly Meetings are September through May
Society for Information Management - SIM NJ Chapter Speakers and Programs Monthly Meetings are September through May December – no meeting. Winter Social in high profile venue Subsidized by chapter for Member +1. New Member Social in June (EC + new members) Summer BBQ in August (no fee) Secret Sauce: Balance between technical and leadership topics. Ask your membership/EC what they are looking for and always give them an opportunity to provide feedback on each potential speaker. MIX IT UP! We have had speakers that have absolutely nothing to do with IT, but are paralyzed from the waist down and gotten rave reviews. Your audience is people, IT professionals, and they have experienced all different things in their careers. Wow them and fascinate them with great, unique speakers. Not just smart technical people, they deal with them all of the time.
