Importance of internatonalisation (vision of institutes)
Number of Dutch students will drop the next years Will foreign students compensate this loss in capacity (less money)? More and more competition (education, facilities) with other countries for the best international students You need to invest more to bind students: good ecucation, good facilities, good intake processes Intake within 24 hours in some countries? In the Netherlands? More institutes get offices abroad Complexity of adminisirative organisation increases What role can Studielink play according to the institutes?

Analysis of present Studielink related tot international stud.
Communication, communication, communication in the process of admission is important Can Studielink facilitate this? Wie is aan zet, overzicht van stappen, Studielink is not known in other countries Some foreign student hesitate: what is Studielink…. Is branding of Studielink important? Or? Person tot person communication is important (the so called warm attention….) Communication focused personally, contact with the same officer, good coordination internally ICT has to be supportive, can Studielink offer this? More exchange students in future Complicated paperwork at this moment Studielink does not support exchange students only bachelor/master students
