Tips for Quitting First, figure out when, where, and how much you smoke Write down cost of smoking (dollars) Write down health risks associated with smoking Make a list of reasons as to why you want to quit and put the list somewhere you will see daily Set a date to quit Determine which method or technique you will use to help you stop smoking Find a support system
