Description
Supreme Court Reporting
The following menu selections have been added to allow creation and sending of electronic reports to the Supreme Court:
- Create Administrative Transfer File
- Create Judge Transfer File
- Transmit Supreme Court Files
The ability for a user to change the address for confirmation s from the Supreme Court after transmitting files has been added. This was needed when more than one user was using this function.

Description
Letter Printing
A “Reset Letter Processing” button has been added to the Letter Log screen and Quick Docket & Status screen for terminating ProcessLetter.exe. This will allow the user to continue processing letters without restarting Court application.
Waiver Amounts
Under Payment Inquiry, in the Waiver Amounts tab, the fee amount is now displayed with the appropriate violation.

Description
Web Payment Import
When importing web payments, the warning message was removed when multiple web payments were received with the same reference.

13. Authority Jury Feature Description Date of Birth
Modifications were done to eliminate the associated time with the date, when used on Jury Forms. The Date of Birth was displaying an additional “12:00 AM” along with the date, but now displays in the correct date format of MM/DD/YYYY.
Check Printing Correction
The misspelling of ‘Numerical References’ has been corrected on Check Printing.
Processing of Forms
The issue with forms not printing when selecting a large number of jurors has been corrected.

14. Authority Civil Feature Description Participant Lookup
Changed participant lookup to search more than the first 4 characters.
Case Lookup
Case file date is now enable for case searching.
Quick Docket Date Fields
The issue with the Quick Docket date fields were showing a “4” at the end of the date has been corrected.

15. Authority Civil Feature Description Attorney Maintenance
Under attorney maintenance, only attorneys are returned when running the attorney’s list.
Name Suffixes
Senior and junior suffixes are now showing in docket.
Plaintiff Name
Plaintiff name is now displaying correctly when first set up as a business (State Agent) , then switched to an individual.

16. Authority Civil Feature Description E-Certified Dates
E-Certified dates are not longer populating 1/1/1900.
E-Certified Mail
E-Certified mail dates are not longer showing as 1/1/1900 in the docket.
E-Certified Maintenance
Under E-Certified Maintenance when entering a value less than the required digits, the number would place a zero at the beginning. The leading zero(s) will no longer appear.

17. Authority Civil Feature Description Audit Reports
Added Several Audit Reports in User Defined Reports.
Post $0 batch
User can now post a $0.00 batch.
Detail Account Balance Report
Detail Account Balance Report now has the case status.

18. Authority Civil Feature Description Participant’s Email Address
Participant's length increased to 255 characters.
Cash Batch Journal Report
Check numbers from the receipt have been added to the Cash Batch Journal Report.
Positive Pay
Positive Pay now includes a date only selection box so all transactions will be grouped by date.

19. Authority Civil Feature Description Quick Docket
In Quick Docket, if the user hit the cancel button it would populate the date for both the status date and the effective date. The date now only populates the status date.

20. Authority Probation Feature Description Grid Print Options
Formatting of grid print options have been improved to better fit on 8.5 X 11 paper for larger screen resolutions.
Sorting of Case Notes
The display sorting of case notes has been improved to sort by most recent note first, within a specific date.
New Data on Forms
The court case status description, status date, and status time, have been added as available data items to select and input on any integrated form.

21. Authority Probation Feature Description Image Print Button
Image print button has been modified to allow the user to select an image and select a printer and formatting options for image printing.
Case Notes Transfer Options
Additional case notes transfer options have been added.
New Agency Report
This report is a similar to the ‘Case List Detail
Report’ except that it sorts and counts defendants by name.

22. Authority Probation Feature Description New Requirements Reports
The three reports now allow the user to select a date range and count how many cases, or names, starting on a particular status during that date range.
