Youth Ambassadors Students Conference Participation 2017
Conditions & Price Meals Halal meals provided as per itinerary for lunch and dinner Breakfasts – no pork no lard or halal bread and jam Transportation Transportation during the program is provided Airport transfer is for group of 10 pax or above 9 pax and below – we provide airport meeting service or students wait for the next group to combine transport No airport service before 7am and after 11pm. Travel Insurance* *Every participant must purchase valid travel insurance covered by reputable insurance company in the country of residence. Registration without insurance policy number will not be accepted.

Conditions Participating schools are requested to observe the followings. The students need to clean their room by themselves. Participants need to understand that the meals provided shall be Halal for all conferences. Vegetarian meals are provided with prior request. As YA is not travel agency, YA is unable to offer additional tour during the conference. For those wishing to have leisure tour, please contact Transinex Pte Ltd for arrangement. The schools need to make sure that all the participants have valid insurance policies covered by reputable insurance companies in the home country. Please encourage the students to prepare traditional, cultural and educational item (from 3-5 mins) for the party night. The Schools need to brief the students about necessary items that they need to bring to Singapore. As we intend to minimize the waste in all our conference, please encourage the students to bring their own lunch box, chopstick, spoons and forks, so that we do not have to use disposable utensils. The schools need to provide the organizer with the estimated number of participants 2 months prior to the conference start date. The schools need to submit the feedback form, preferably before departing from Singapore, or at most 4 days after the conference.
