Dining Services -Three sittings per day (draft menus completed) Housekeeping -regular cleaning -Linen changed each fourth day/twice weekly Laundry - Washing machines in each village Own Towels required Temperature Range-those from warmer climates may need to be aware to bring appropriate clothing.

Each Delegation will receive the quota of vehicles per the charter Shuttle buses will operate between villages and venues as required

The Cook Islands are free from tropical diseases that are in other countries in the region We will provide the necessary health care facilities required

We have involved our local Rotoract Committee Issues with small population
