Two Hubs 1.Tereora- Tereora College, Avatea School, Nikao School 2. Avarua- Avarua School, Nukutere College, St Josephs School Two Dining Areas Accommodation in Classrooms in bunks/mattresses similar to Samoa Team Welcome Ceremonies-Friday 18- Monday 21 Sept

21 Athletes Villages Aitutaki For Sport of Sailing Will use existing tourist accommodation on the Ootu Peninsula

22 Athletes Villages -Services
Dining Services -Three sittings per day (draft menus completed) Housekeeping -regular cleaning -Linen changed each fourth day/twice weekly Laundry - Washing machines in each village Own Towels required Temperature Range-those from warmer climates may need to be aware to bring appropriate clothing.

Entertainment Range of entertainment and relaxation activities will be provided-confirmation in Chefs Manual March 2009

24 Village Security Have engaged with the Ministry of Police Meetings held with Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner Assigned Senior Officer as Games Liaison Have security and risk management plans underway

25 Transport Each Delegation will receive the quota of vehicles per the charter Shuttle buses will operate between villages and venues as required

26 Medical Services The Cook Islands are free from tropical diseases that are in other countries in the region We will provide the necessary health care facilities required

27 Volunteers We have involved our local Rotoract Committee Issues with small population
