Highlights Dive Manager Address Verification
The lat/long coordinates are added to the record for all addresses that match the Standardized Address at the time the address is entered. Address verifications are done very quickly providing Standardized Addresses for the agent to confirm with the Donor – if the Entered Address does not exactly match the Standardized Address (see below) An option is provided to accept the Standardized Address or to use the address that was entered by the agent. By providing immediate lat/long updates, it will lower the number of invalid addresses that need to be researched and will also provide correct lat/long coordinates for last minute add-ons prior to the routes being built. Highlights New Donor Best practice is to always search to see if a donor has donated previously. If existing Donor was not found, you can use the “New Donor from Search” button to set-up a new Donor and pre-fill fields with search data that was entered. Dive Manager Registering a New Donor is a 2 part process including “Donor Details” pop-up screen and “Pickup Details” screen.
10
Donor Details Donor Details Form will now pop up when first entering NEW DONOR: Fields highlighted in orange are required, which is the address and postal code. Although not required, and phone are highly recommended. You are given 2 options for phone numbers (home and cell) First and Last Name are 2 separate fields. “Marketing” indicates the communication method for future charity marketing efforts. (Note this functionality is not available at this time) “Directions” includes any information related specifically to Donor record. This is not related to specific pickup. (Please note: This information stays permanently with “Donor Record”.)
