April , 1930 Mr. Inokichi Kato, who was our first president,
founded the spring factory
November , 1946 Incorporated as KATO SPRING WORKS CO., LTD.
and founded the head factory in Sekimachi,
Nerima-ku, Tokyo.
May , 1964 Listed on Second section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
November , 1976 Established the head factory in Kashiwazaki, Niigata.
July , 2001 Changed the corporate name to ADVANEX INC.
March , 2004 Listed on first section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Insert Collar
It is used for automotive and other products to reinforce plastic portion to be fastened by bolt on a soft material like plastics – e.g. Sensors, ECU, Engine cylinder head etc
Higher strength has been gained by shape of dimple "prism"
Besides, the gap between the closing is less than 0.05mm and thus any flashes during molding is eliminated.
