Composition
a. Plumbago mixture 100(grafit cake 0-40%, soil;land;ground plumbago %); Bentonite 10-20% or fire proof Clay 20-40%
b. Mixture grafit(grafit cake 20-50%, soil;land;ground plumbago 50-80%), Bentonite 10-20% or fire proof Clay 20-40%
If using fire proof Clay, mingled sugar drip 2-5%

7. Mold Coating For Dry Sand
Sheating for temperature to 1350o C
Composition :
Plumbago mixture 100(grafit cake 80-90%, coke black coal 20%); Bentonite 10-20%
Cake plumbago 100, Amonium khlorida 0,5%; Bentonite 10-20%
It is material experiencing a few denaturings at high temperature

8. Coating Mold of Dry Sand Process
