2. Introduction
Immunoglobulin (Ig) G4-related sclerosing disease is a relatively new disease entity.
It is a systemic disorder that can involve almost any organ.
Therefore, there is a wide range of possible clinical manifestations.

3. Aims & objectives
This pictorial essay is aimed to share our imaging findings among patients with proven IgG4-related sclerosing disease.

4. Materials & methods
Cases in which the imaging features were suggestive of IgG4 disease were identified using our PACS database.
These were correlated with the histopathological diagnosis and serum IgG4 levels.
Proven cases of IgG4 were included.

5. Clinical relevance
Diagnosis of IgG4 disease is often difficult and relies on a combination of radiological features, laboratory data, and histology findings.
Radiologists should be aware of the imaging findings of this condition to ensure early diagnosis and treatment.
