Prices of the IPAD is determined by the cost of production of the varying components of IPAD
Apple has a comparitive advantage over others in terms of prices of most components and hence lowering cost of production.

Complements of the iPad include Apple iPad Case, a way to carry one’s iPad around in a convenient manner, Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit, which enables one to import photos and videos from digital cameras and/or using the camera’s USB cable into the iPad, Apple iPad Keyboard Dock, which can be used while charging the iPad.
