About Legacy Connections A 501c3 Non-Profit Organization Primary Purpose is to raise funds to support Rose Bowl Capital Improvements Founded in 2010 with support of the RBOC Life-To-Date (since 2010) Raised $18.5M in gross gifts/pledges (through 2022) Recent Success (since 2015) $1.9M in new gross gifts/pledges $2.5M in new gross gifts/pledges Community Involvement

Centennial Capital Campaign
The campaign will provide new, private funding for capital improvements at the Rose Bowl. Goal and Timeline: $40M in 5 Years Key Capital Improvement Projects include: Upgraded Stadium Lights ~$2.5M-$3M Updated Safety Elements ~$1.5M-$2.5M Seating Replacement ~$10M-$11M New/Expanded Videoboard ~$500K-$3M Improve/Replace Brookside Clubhouse – TBD Update Concession Stands/Restrooms ~$4.75M Wi-Fi ~$6M+

Legacy solicited and is finalizing a lead gift of $10M from a private, respected philanthropist, Tod Spieker Spieker has strong ties to the Rose Bowl Game, UCLA, and to the Rose Bowl Stadium. Gift would be the largest commitment in Legacy’s history Legacy and the RBOC have continued to work collaboratively with its key partners at the Tournament of Roses and UCLA on the finalization of this gift

Prior Major Donor to Legacy – Tunnel 5 at the Stadium UCLA alum; named the Aquatics Center in Westwood Major donor to (3) University of California Campuses – UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Santa Cruz Major donor to other key organizations such as Palo Alto Medical Center and Menlo-Atherton H.S.

Recognition for the Spieker Family would be in several locations around the venue. Recognition would be co-termed with the UCLA and Tournament of Roses Agreement (through 2044) ‘Spieker Field’ will be positioned in several areas, including: on the field hedges beyond the east and west sideline adjacent to the playing surface On (8) main exit gates On (4) corner end zone pads On the back of the North Scoreboard (12-15) Heritage Images on the Stadium Concourse

History of Donor Naming Opportunities
May 20, 2013 – Council approved an amendment to the Operating Agreement in order to provide maximum Naming Rights Opportunities to the RBOC and Legacy within the Stadium fence line RBOC agreed to return to Council for discussion and approval of the pledge amount for the Field Naming recognition Examples of Other Donor Naming Projects: Tunnels, Historic Moments Photos, Historic Benches, Rose Bushes, Pavilion elements, Locker Room areas, Court of Champions
