1 Overview 1/11/2017 Welcome to a briefing to the ESIP Federation Meeting from the All Hazards Consortium (AHC) and its Multi-State Fleet Response Working Group (FRWG) to review fleet movement and information sharing initiatives to support the expediting of power and supply chain movement across state lines.

The Fleet Response Working Group is part of the All Hazards Consortium…. A State sanctioned 501(c)3 non-profit organization National Reach, Regional Focus Formed in 2005 w/15,000+ Stakeholders Focused on Homeland Security, Emergency Management & Business Continuity, Compliance and Regulatory De-Confliction Guided by States (NC, VA, WV, DC, MD,DE, PA, NJ, NY, New York City/NY, Newark/NJ, Philadelphia/PA, Baltimore/MD, Richmond/VA) 60+ million citizens Significant percentage of the nation’s critical infrastructure Large portion of congressional leadership Over 50% of all federal DHS/FEMA grant dollars that are issued annually Promotes Multi-State, Public/Private Planning, Education, Exercises, Operational Requirements & Solution Development Helps Business Get back To Business Faster Following Disasters Expedites Community & Economic Resilience June 2012 – derecho event across great lakes through to mid-atlantic stressed the urgency of driving towards a – a lot of ad-hoc solutions generated from that event formed the foundation of processes that led to some of the products and services developed. 1/6/2016 2016 Fleet Response Working Group Overview

Testbed Project Problem Statement During large, regional storms/disasters, getting reliable situational awareness and information is difficult. Decision makers needs the big picture. Government cannot assist private sector if they don’t know what is going on.
