Onboarding In Client Engage Bottom-Up Onboarding: Start with the Primary Member/Organisation then continue to the Onboarding process : For “Small” onboardings with One/Few Onboarding members “Quick” onboarding : less clicks thanks to an “Onboarding Wizard” (CRM Dialog)

Bottom-Up Onboarding Quick Create new individual & Save
1. Open Individual Quick Create Form & input main data. Click “Save” 2. Input main data. Click “Save”

9. On Stage “Security”, Add security Question 10. Input Security Question details, and click “Save” 11. The Question appears in the grid

On Stage “Bank Details”, we create a new “Primary Bank Account” 12. Select “Magnifying Glass” and click on “New” 13. Input Bank details, and click “Save”

Bottom-Up Onboarding “Pre-Validate” the Onboarding Primary Member
15. On Stage “Validate”, click on “Validate” button to validate the Individual’s application data “Validation Messages” appear in the Validation grid. Each message provides the following information: Message Display Order number. Validation messages are produced in ascending display order : validations performed first have a lower display order. Severity Information : for information only purpose. Recommended : validation rule recommending some specific input but not forcing the it. Blocking : validation rule blocking the validation.

Onboarding Process Onboarding Main Page : Onboarding Statuses Onboarding Status Reason provides an overall indication of the progress of the onboarding: In Progress The onboarding process is in early stage of input, no onboarding data has yet been validated Validated The onboarding process has been validated as a whole : each onboarding member has been validated separately and the conditions to submit the onboarding to the Back Office have been reached. Submitted The onboarding process has been sent to the Back Office for initial activation. Initialised The onboarding has been initialised in the Back Office yet potentially the bank details and/or the address confirmation code have not yet been received or failed validation check. Activated The onboarding process has been fully activated in the Back Office : the client all service(s) are now fully operational in the Back Office

Onboarding Activity : Flag Manual Handling Manual Handling vs STP The “Manual Handling” Flag: Indicates if process in Manual Handling or STP mode Can be set to “Yes” but not back to “No”(No = STP Handling) Is automatically moved to “Manual Handling” is specific conditions Ex : Failed Onboarding, Advisory/Discretionary/Joint

22. Go to stage “Onboarding Members” and click “Plus” sign 23. Select Onboarding Relation : Relation Type & Related Individual/Organisation
