AYES is Student Based AYES Student Standards Application Requirements Statement of intent to complete the 320-hour internship, if available. Resume. Letter of reference. Minimum age of 16 by the start date of any employment opportunity. Possess a valid Operator’s License, in good standing (i.e. clean driving record). Have access to reliable transportation.
