Works APP to complete the job on site

Browser to finalise location, materials, dates…
Enter final costings and how this is allocated
Check the total cost of the programme and compare to DTTAS allocation
Check the Validation tab for issues
Submit the programme

5. Use the PMS Browser to complete a Job
General Tab for Works Form
Green tick moves to here
Confirm location and dimensions if different from planned
Use the PMS Browser to complete a Job
Change phase to Complete
Allocate portion to Own Resources if required
Confirm overall cost
Allocate portion to programme

6. Closing out using the Works APP
Launch the Works APP
Select the Works from the map or the list of active Jobs
Press Complete
Modify data as required
Re-drive the route to identify location of completed works
Do a PSCI rating as you go
Upload the Completed Job

7. The Works APP on Android Tablet

8. MapRoad PMS Browser
Completed
Planned
Once the updated Works Job has been uploaded from the Tablet it will appear as Complete in the PMS Browser.
Now you just need to update the actual costs and allocation to programme

Add in Works in the same way as before but……
Allocate to appropriate funding category and programme

On Funding tab allocate as appropriate
Is Allocation as you expect

“reallocated to DG”
Contact RMO and advise on Allocations

12. Form A Summary Information
Go to the Dashboard
Select All Works Report
An Excel file of all Works in the system is created
Create Pivot Table and filter as required
