Lessons and hands-on activities in place-based environmental education curricula – plus instruction on how to access and how to use these valuable resources Assistance in incorporating Common Core & NGSS practices into place-based lessons Presentations from local environmental educators offering everything from classroom visits to overnight service learning trips Get what you need for a field experience for your class: Transportation? Sub stipend? Chaperone? Learn how we can help YOU! Every PD day includes a field excursion for teachers with helpful interpretative guides & activities Valuable resources and information for place-based education appropriate for science, social studies, ELA, math, and more for students at multiple grade levels Locally prepared lunch and snacks included – only $150 for all 3 days!
