Who is CAFCO? Established In 1945 Located in Cincinnati OH
Office and Warehouse over sq. ft. 28 employees currently (4) NAFA certified air filter specialist and (6) NAFA certified technicians on staff

Coverage / Territory CAFCO provides Commercial and Industrial air filter service in *Cincinnati, OH *Dayton, OH *Columbus, OH *Northern Kentucky and *Southeast Indiana

Service Department consist of:
(1) Service Manager (1) Assistant Service Manager (7) Service Techs each servicing their own route (9) Service vans

Sales Department CAFCO currently employs 3 Sales & Marketing people
2 handle outside sales 1 handles strictly telemarketing The sales department covers all the territories that CAFCO currently services as well as internet and phone inquiries

Administrative / Warehouse
All administrative and office responsibilities handled by the Office Manager and (3) Assistants Warehouse & Distribution of products delivery services plus preparation of daily service runs and handling our will call counter are managed by (1) warehouse supervisor and (3) full time workers

Key Components needed to run the
Service Department

Scheduling Program: Manages the daily scheduling of customer services based on varied frequencies of service and will synchronize with an invoice program for each customer serviced

Scanning Program All field technicians use scanners for every service that they perform This is used for accountability purposes to provide the customer with details of when service was performed and to establish the most cost effective routing of service technicians Some scanning equipment is used for invoicing and warehouse inventory system as well

*All employees are subject to random drug testing throughout the year and have a background check prior to being offered employment *Provides on going education and a safety training program for ALL employees to create a safe and knowledgeable work force that serves it’s customers. *These programs help reduce worker compensation fees and having an active safety program with a written safety manual that can help open the doors to some new customers
