2 What is Clairvia? Web based scheduling tool
Allows staff to view schedules online Schedule runs six week at a time Schedule will be posted two weeks prior to its start Schedule Cycle of dates to be posted for staff information Clairvia will be our new Web based scheduling tool which will Go Live Augusta 21, It will allow staff to view schedules online at work and from home. Each schedule is six weeks in length and will be posted at least two weeks prior to the start of the new schedule. A Schedule Cycle of dates will be available for information online which will outline dates for each six week schedule - open for requests, closed for balancing, and when a final schedule will be published.

Allows end user to request work schedules, swap shifts, and apply for department shift opportunities/needs online and from home Permits end user to request time off online and from home Helps to ensure staffing is addressed to meet patient care requirements So you may be asking yourself, “What’s in it for me?”. With the implementation of Clairvia, you will be able to place requests for shifts, swap shifts, apply for department opportunities or needs, and time off online from work or the comfort of your own home. Clairvia allows you and your team to ensure staffing is address in advance to meet patient care requirements.

5 What’s In It For Me? Get your schedule on your phone – synchronize your work schedule to your mobile device You can even synchronize your work schedule to your mobile device.

6 What’s In It For Me? Mobile Alerts for Open Shifts – Clairvia shift alert allows you to be notified and fill shifts that are posted based on need Once implemented, you can be notified of shift alerts, which are high priority staffing needs.

7 What is the End User Role?
Update personal information through Employee Self Service Refer to Clairvia Webpage for updates, training documents, FAQ’s, schedule cycle, link to the Clairvia site. Receive support from Super Users on units as needed to place requests to swap or apply for shift opportunities in Clairvia when schedule opens on August 7 – 19 for the August 21 schedule If any need additional support is needed by the end user with requesting opportunities or swapping shifts within Clairvia, please register via the Clairvia Webpage for lab time August

Receive support from Super Users on the unit as needed to place schedules requests and time off in Clairvia when schedule opens on August 21 – Sept 4 for October 2 schedule If any additional support is needed by the end user with requesting self schedules/shifts within Clairvia please register via the Clairvia Webpage for lab time August 22 – September 2
