5. 4-Year College Entrance Requirements
Science – 2 credits lab science, one credit of Algebra based science (Chemistry or Physics)
Fine Arts – 1 credit
World Languages – 2 credits of the same language
ACT/SAT score (take spring of 11th grade)
English – 4 credits
Math – 3 credits (minimum of Algebra 1, Geometry, AND Adv Algebra)
Senior Year Quantitative Course – 1 credit
Social Studies – 3 credits 5

6. Advanced Placement
AP students will take an AP test in May – approximately $95 AP test fee (First test is free!)
Interested students must read and sign the AP contract
Scores of 3, 4, or 5 may earn college credit or waivers at college level
AP is a predictor of completion of a 4-year college degree
Don’t take too many AP and Honors classes!

Sign the AP Contract if signing up for an AP class.
