You are expected to not only take notes that will help you with your essay (in class on Thursday and Friday), but also to participate in discussion and share ideas verbally with your groupmates.
On Thursday and Friday, you may listen to music, and you may look something up on your phones; however, you may NOT text or facetime your pals, play a game, or participate in any other activity than that which is assisting you with your essay.. Write your exam essay to the prompt. You will submit this essay before you leave class tomorrow! No exceptions.
You will need: 1. A strong introduction with thesis statement.
2. Write about THREE of the four groups (King George, groups without rights, Native Americans, and average farmer). Each of the three will have its own body paragraph.
3. Don’t forget to cite textual evidence in your body paragraphs.
4. A strong conclusion which ties everything together.
