We hold these truths to be self evident…

The Breakup When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. When one country that used to be with another country decides it doesn’t want to be with that country any more They have to break up, they have to divide the stuff they used to have together. (Dog, Cat, albums, camera) All are friends deserve to know why so that they won’t buy us couple’s presents anymore and they’ll know both countries are single now.

A moment to say what we want life to be
We hold these truths to be self- evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness We think the following is obvious. Everybody is equal and God gives them things that no one should be allowed to take away. That these include (but aren’t limited to) life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

After the Break up don’t make the same mistakes next time
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness That in order to make sure we get these right Governments are started by men with the permission of men. That when the government stops giving people their rights the people should change or destroy the government. And to start a new government in a way that tries to fix the problems they previously had and make them safer and happier.

Don’t break up for little things
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed Don’t declare independence for little tiny reasons. In the past people suffer evils until the can’t take any more. Because we would rather live with little problems than put together a new government.

This is no Small Reason But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. But when over and over again you’re unfairly hurt and when it seems like it is only going to get worse. Then we can and should break up with the government and start again.

Tell everybody what happened
Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. That’s what we’ve had to deal with in the colonies; and why we’re going to change our government. Great Britain has hurt us a ton and it looks like it’s getting worse not better. Just look at what they’ve done so far…
