Real Estate Taxes– Property assessments are obtained from Blair County. Current millage & collection rates are applied to calculate local real estate tax revenue.
Per Capita, Earned Income, Real Estate Transfer, Interest- Calculated utilizing current 8 month actual costs & prior year 4 months actual costs combined.
State Revenues- Developed using legislative proposals; many budget year subsidies are based on previous fiscal year state reports.
Federal Grants- Previous year allocations are used incorporating legislative proposed adjustments when known.
