Mapo Tofu with Noodles 1 1. Slice the eggplant into 6cm-long pieces.
■ How to Cook 1 1. Slice the eggplant into 6cm-long pieces. 2. Chop the green onion and onion finely. 3. Dice the tofu into 1cm cubes. 4. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, ginger juice, and rice wine. 5. Drizzle some perilla seed oil onto a heated pan. Stir-fry the green onion and onion first and then the beef. 2 3 4 5

Then add the tofu and boil for 2 and a half min. 8. Lower the heat. Add the starchy water to thicken the sauce. 9. Boil the noodles for 3 and a half min. Rinse the noodles with cold water and drain it. 10. Put the noodles on the plate and season it with salt Pour the sauce(19) onto the noodles. Enjoy! 7 8 9 10
