Useful Advice Give them space Listen Empathise Be positive
Encourage healthy eating, sleep (9.5 hours), escapism– refer them to school activity booklet (e.g. Sports/Philosophy Film Club/Art Club etc) Make contact with them (e.g. Text/ ).

Helping themselves Organise a revision plan
Include breaks e.g. Exercise, stilling etc. Get enough sleep – no phones, games after 9pm Eat well – balanced diet Seek advice and opportunities in school Keep calm!
