Question Mark: Shows mystery and the unpredictability of a thriller. Running Water: Is something that can be heard to build up suspense, because someone must’ve turned the tap on. Shadows: Once again showing mystery and unpredictability, it also keeps things hidden and unknown Gun: Showing the violent part of a thriller, usually associated with the bad guy.

6 Iconography - Crime Police: People who in force the law, stopping crime. Gun: Showing how violent Crime can be. Jail: Where Prisoners are kept. City/Slums: Where crime usually take place because there are more people. In the poorer parts of the world crime can be seen there too because people who live there have nothing to lose.

Confined spaces: Makes things tense as there is no where to run, leaves the character vulnerable. Shadows: Showing mystery and unpredictability Running tap: Is something that can be heard to build up suspense, because someone must’ve turned the tap on.
