Course Description Learn about extending the service life of an existing roof through restoration. We will explore the various strategies for getting more out of your existing roofs and facilities, plus what options and materials are available. We will also demonstrated how to identify which types of roofing systems are best candidates for restoration solutions. This course also delves into the economic and environmental benefits of roof restoration.

Learning Objectives At the end of the this course, participants will be able to: Examine different roofing materials and their pros and cons in terms of long term savings and environmental impact. Examine solutions to make an existing roof more energy efficient and improve comfort reducing energy costs. Examine remediation solutions to improve IAQ and eliminate mold. Examine technologies and materials that help maintaining an existing roof.
