4. HOW TO IMPLEMENT HANBANG WITH SUPPLIERS:
SQE must personally embrace the Hanbang philosophy and drive home that mindset into our suppliers.
SQE must expect the highest quality parts from suppliers the first time.
SQE must have effective communication between suppliers and KMMG Specialists to eliminate confusion.
SQE must challenge suppliers to achieve zero defects and incorporate quality checks at their processes.
SQE must drive suppliers to provide an effective error proofing procedure.
SQE must proactively check supplier quality by frequent Quality Assurance Visits.
SQE and suppliers must collectively go the spot and gather fact based data in order to guarantee sound countermeasures.
8. SQE must work together with suppliers to build a strong network of trust and honesty.
