Why Do We Do WHAT We Do? Because we know that God’s law is right
Psalm 19.8 We know that we are under His Son’s law I Corinthians 9.21 We know that life without law is chaos We know that the law of Christ is a law of liberty: James 2.12 We know that we are to fulfill it: Galatians 6.2

Why Do We Do WHAT We Do? We know the difference between “faith” and “opinion” Thus we act on what we know to be right, not merely “doubtful disputations” (decisions of scruples, Romans 14.1) We know the Bible teaches by what is explicit and by what is implicit (implied) We know that though the Bible may not “say” something, it nevertheless “teaches” it

The Point Of This Lesson
Reminder: we act by authority… not merely “feelings” We ought never be afraid, ashamed, defensive about our actions… Be sure that we are doing all things according to His word… Let us delight in the law of the Lord… And learn more good things from our brother Grayson in the next two weeks!
