3 Definition and Process
A Facilities Master Plan is a document that describes an overall physical development concept through maps and narrative. The Master Plan documentation reflects a strategy to provide the facilities that support your college Mission Statement. The plan is guided by a vision statement and defined goals. Process: Physical and Academic review and analysis Options development Solution development Facilities Master Plan approval

Academic Life - Create spaces that accommodate a diversity of academic, social and community uses utilizing both indoor and outdoor Faculty & Staff - Provide an atmosphere that fosters and supports faculty interaction with staff and students Community - Promote a stimulating environment that enhances community participation Pedestrian/Vehicular Circulation - Improve circulation between campus activity centers such as Building 1. Establish and recognize pedestrian boundaries of campus and image at entry points. Manage the interface between pedestrians and vehicles Campus Environment - Create state-of-the-art buildings that responsibly address and accommodate the college enrollment
